“Fun, adventurous, love to travel“ – if your bio sounds anything like this, you’re getting ignored. Might as well just write “I exist“. 💀

Most guys write bios that could double as their LinkedIn summary and wonder why they get ignored. If your bio doesn’t make her feel something, she’s swiping left.

Here’s what actually works:

𝟭. 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗗𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸

A bio like this won’t attract her:

❌ 3x BJJ Black Belt Champion
❌ Harvard Business School ‘20
❌ Founder of a FinTech Company

Cool. Now, do you want to date her or send her your CV?

These bios don’t work because they don’t include her.

A list of achievements is meaningless if she can’t picture what it’s like to date you.

𝟮. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗪𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗼 “𝗦𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗢𝗳𝗳”

Women filter out direct bragging, but subtle flexes work. Ironically, playfully admitting a “flaw” can be more attractive than listing achievements.

✅ “Sorry in advance if we always eat out… I can’t be bothered to cook at home 😕”

This lowkey says:

“I’m successful enough to eat out, and I’m fun enough to joke about it.”

See the difference?

𝟯. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝟯 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝘁𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗕𝗶𝗼

A strong bio should be:

✔ Polarizing – Take a stance that filters for the right women.
✔ Challenging – Show high standards and make her qualify herself.
✔ Romantic – Keep things flirty and exciting.

𝟰. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗗𝗼𝗲𝘀 “𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴” 𝗠𝗲𝗮𝗻?

Most bios are boring because they try to appeal to everyone. The best bios take a stance, which makes them memorable.

❌ “I like to travel.” (Really Sherlock? Groundbreaking)

✅ “Swipe right if you’d quit your job to travel the world, with a plan, not as a broke backpacker.”

Now she knows what you’re about.

𝟱. 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗛𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗦𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲

Instead of listing what you want, make her qualify herself.

✅ “We’ll get along if you can cook an amazing meal with whatever random ingredients I give you.”

Now she’s picturing herself doing it. That’s how attraction works.

𝟲. 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗥𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗕𝗶𝗼𝘀

You’re not here to make friends. A bio should create an image of you together.

✅ “Swipe right if you’re willing to tippy-toe to kiss me.”

Suddenly, she’s picturing herself in the moment with you. That’s the power of the “we” frame.

𝟳. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗪𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗔𝗻𝘀𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗽𝘁𝘀

Most dating apps give you 3-4 prompts. Instead of generic answers, use:

✔ Playful Challenges
✔ Flirty Statements
✔ Storytelling Hooks

Example Prompts:

✅ Playful Challenge:

“Swipe right if you can pillow talk in Spanish, Portuguese, or French.”

✅ Flirty Statement:

“The quickest way to my heart? Be smart enough for witty banter but humble enough to admit when you’re wrong 😉.”

✅ Storytelling Hook:

“I’m hoping we can train for marathons together – don’t worry, I’ll carry you on my shoulder if you pass out.”

🔥 Try these out and watch your conversations take a whole different direction. Or keep that “fun, adventurous, love to travel” bio and let me know how that works out for you.

When your bio makes her feel something, everything changes.

That said, photos make up 90% of your profile.

A killer bio won’t save you if your pics scream “sent from my Nokia 3310.“

Cheers,
Sandric
